President Donald Trump has sacked U.S Secretary of States Rex Tillerson, after Tillerson made a visit to some African countries.
Trump made the announcement via his Twitter page.
According to the post, Rex Tillerson is to be replaced by Mike Pompeo, Director of the CIA.
Recall that U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson departed for Africa on a weeklong four-country official visit to Nigeria, Kenya, Ethiopia and Djibouti.
