Chris Brown accused of ‘stomping on fan’s head during outburst’ at a nightclub

A fan has accused Chris Brown of stomping on his head during a recent club appearance at the Cannes Film Festival.

The incident - which was caught on camera - took place at a Gotha nightclub on May 18, TMZ have reported, with the star appearing to move away from a large cluster of people before stepping on the man's head.

In the video footage he can be seen angrily turning around before walking away and does not appear in a good mood.

The man in question is Malek Mokrani and according to the website - he's now going after Brown. He told TMZ he was taken to hospital with neck and head pain and plans on filing a police report about the incident.
Images showing Mokrani in hospital show him with bruising to the face and a neck brace on.

It's unclear exactly what happened at the club or whether Brown accidentally or purposefully found his foot on Mokrani's face.

Chris performed at Gotha nightclub in Cannes on the night in question at 1Oak and Up&Down's pop up during the Film Festival.The 27-year-old was joined by pal Tyga, who was a surprise guest, to perform track Ayo.

Scott Disick was one of the celebrity faces spotted at the club last night, where he left with the Rack City star.It's not the first time Brown has got into trouble at the Cannes nightspot. In 2012 the singer reportedly got into a fight with club security when he discovered his table wasn’t in the upstairs VIP area.
