DESPITE piling on almost five stone after the birth of her second child in May, Laura Hamilton has admitted she is now in the “best shape” of her life.

The A Place In The Sun host has celebrated her incredible weight loss by stripping off for her new fitness app, Laura Hamilton’s Total Body Workout, in Vilamoura, Portugal today.

Wearing her blonde tresses down in soft waves, the 33-year-old oozes sexiness in a monochrome, striped two-piece as she pulls a series of sexy poses in front of an impressive swimming pool.

Laura’s bikini highlighted her ample chest, toned tum and long legs for the mobile exercise guide, which she hopes will help others – not just new mothers – get active.

Speaking exclusively to Express, the presenter admitted that she didn’t find it easy to get back to her pre-pregnancy shape with trainer John Beeby, before saying she didn’t expect to be wearing swimwear for the shoot either.

Laura commented: “My body shape has changed a lot, I’d say I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been. Even from when I did Dancing On Ice. It’s made me more body confident – I never wore shorts before, not even on holiday!”

The married beauty continued: “I must admit with Rocco, I knew I wanted another baby so I never properly got my body back. I thought, what’s the point?

“But as soon as I had Tahlia, I was conscious that I wanted to get fit and be healthy for my children. I didn’t find it easy, I’m not one of those people who bounce back. It didn’t happen for me… it took eight/nine months.”

Laura’s app consists of five different programmes each containing five exercises and various timers to match the customer’s ability.

Finally, when asked if she was nervous about donning a bikini less than a year after her daughter’s birth, she laughed: “I didn’t know I was going to be doing bikini shots.

“If I’d have known I’d probably have got a spray tan. I am quite lucky as I spend a lot of time in warm climates with A Place In The Sun.”
