Mariah Carey has been warned against in Brussels on Sunday, after 34 people were left dead after three bombs were detonated in the Belgian capital.
According to TMZ the 45-year-old has been warned in ‘the strongest of terms’ to not perform at the Forest National stadium on Sunday.
The site reports that in the wake of the bombings on Tuesday that her security team is ‘strongly against’ her performing at the 8,000 capacity arena.
Currently in the middle of her The Sweet Sweet Fantasy tour in the UK and Europe, Mariah’s gig in the Belgian capital is now a cause of concern for her security.
MailOnline have contacted a representative of Mariah’s for comment, but have yet to receive a response.
The team responsible for her safety and well-being are said to have informed the We Belong Together singer that there are multiple reasons for her not to perform.
Along with being a world-famous singer she is also engaged to billionaire, the scheduled date in Brussels is also her birthday.
