BREAKING: Kano LG Winner Dies Two Days After Election

The winner of the just concluded local government election in Bebeji Local Government Area of Kano State which took place on Saturday, Ali Namadi, is dead.

The news of his death was affirmed by his campaign’s public relations officer, Ibrahim Tiga.
Namadi was said to have died in the early hours of Tuesday, around 1:00 am. Which was two days after the state’s electoral commission confirmed his victory.
The cause of his death is not yet known.
