Goal.com preview the Nigerians expected to feature for their respective clubs around the world this weekend
Semi Ajayi ( West Bromwich Albion)
Ajayi, made his top flight debut as Leicester City beat West Bromwich Albion 3-0 and is expected to feature at Goodison Park having been rested in WBA’s 3-0 League Cup win over Harrogate Town.
Eberechi Eze ( Crystal Palace)
Eze having shown some silky dribbles in his Palace debut last time out vs Southampton, he will be buzzing to play at the Theatre of Dreams, despite the lack of fans.
Wilfed Ndidi ( Leicester City)
Brendan Rodgers opted to start the Nigeria defensive midfielder in central defence vs West Bromwich Albion in gameweek one, and Ndidi fared reasonably well alongside Caglar Soyuncu.
It remains to be seen whether the Leicester City boss retains the West African at centre-back for their first game at the King Power Stadium this season against Burnley.
Samuel Chukwueze (Villarreal)
The Villarreal winger played 90 minutes as the Yellow Submarine began their La Liga season with a disappointing draw vs newly-promoted Huesca.
Given their decent finish to last term, which saw them end fifth, Javier Calleja will have wanted a strong start as they seek to strive to break into the Champions League positions this season.
Victor Oshimhen ( Napoli)
The 21-year-old is likely to make his Serie A debut this weekend when Gli Azzurri take on Parma at Stadio Ennio Tardini on Sunday.
The Nigeria forward has been in amazing form in pre-season, with a hat-trick vs Teramo on September 9 particularly noteworthy.
